The signup form requests your email address to subscribe you to the audit kit mailing list and related educational and promotional emails. The form submits to our hosting server, which sends the subscription to Mailermatic, our email service provider. We capture campaign/source parameters, landing page, referring page without its query string, Microsoft click ID when present, and WCT click ID when present to attribute subscriptions. A necessary session cookie helps limit repeated submissions. That service and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, submission time, delivery records, and security logs.

Email and third parties

Mailermatic processes subscriptions and email delivery on our behalf. Email messages may record opens and link clicks depending on the sending configuration; these indicators are imperfect.
