Educational use

The audit kit provides general website evaluation guidance. It is not legal advice, a professional certification, or a promise of business performance. Verify information, obtain necessary permissions, and use qualified assistance when appropriate.

Resource license

You may use the kit for your own business and client audits, and share completed audit findings with the relevant client. Do not resell the original kit, redistribute it as your own product, or claim authorship. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Third-party products

Optional software purchases are separate transactions with the vendor. Review current requirements, prices, license terms, support, and refund conditions before purchase. We do not control external products or websites.

Responsible use and limitations

Do not use the resources for deceptive claims, unauthorized site access, fabricated reviews, or unsolicited activity that violates applicable rules. Availability and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by applicable law, resources are provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
